Prices

Prices displayed on this website are wholesale prices available to registered customers only. A minimum order value applies and is displayed in the ‘Your Cart’ box at the top left of the screen.

Freight and insurance costs are included in all prices. GST is included in prices for orders within NZ. International prices quoted on this web site are subject to minor fluctuations resulting from exchange rate movements.

Paying Your Order

Customers within NZ must pay their first order via credit card. Subsequent orders can be paid by credit card or paid later on invoice by 20th of the following month by cheque or direct credit. Late payers may be charged a $10 fee. 

All customers outside of NZ must pay using our secure credit card facility.
Note that the secure credit card page and the invoice that you receive with the goods will show New Zealand Dollar ($NZ) amounts. For customers outside NZ, these amounts will be the equivalent of relevant currency values.

Delivery

All parcels are dispatched the first working day following receipt of order. Indicative delivery times are displayed on the home and checkout pages, once you have chosen your country.

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please inform us immediately so that we may follow up its progress.

Upon receipt of your parcel, please inform us immediately if there is anything incorrect and we will rectify this straight away.

Security

Our online ordering facility is secure. We use DPS, a secure server payment facility that ensures credit card transactions are safe while payment is authorised.

No credit card details are retained or transmitted beyond the secure DPS site.

Refunds Policy 

If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products we will replace them or if you prefer, refund you in full. In the latter case, we will pay for the cost of returning the goods to us once the method of transport has been agreed.

Massage Schools

We run an ongoing promotion for massage schools & colleges. Free massage balm samples are supplied to each student in each course intake. To enquire about this promotion or to request promotional samples, email us at contact@tuibalms.co.nz

UK & Europe

If you are from the UK or Europe, you need to contact our distributor Songbird Naturals in the UK to place an order.
