TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BABY COMPETITION: 

Winners will be chosen by the Tui Bee Balm Co-operative and their decision is final.
All other entries will not be used without further consent.

This competition starts 8am, 8th June 2013, and ends 5pm, 30th June 2013.
It is a competition to select one winning entry from those entered. 

Contest submissions should consist of the following elements: [1] one photo of a baby under the age of 12 months, [2] Baby's name and birth date 3) Address and phone number of guardian

ELIGIBILITY:

a) This competition is open to residents of New Zealand, ages 18 and older, who are the parent or legal guardian of a child who is between 0 and 1 year old.

b) Photos may be submitted only by the parent or legal guardian of the child in the entry photo.

c) Only one entry per child per contestant will be considered. Entries must be emailed to marketing@tuibalms.co.nz

By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules of Tui Balms which are final and binding in all respects and cannot be challenged or appealed. 

Tui Balms will be able to use your baby's photo on their Bee Balm promotional material and Tui Balms brochures, e-newsletter future Facebook page and Tui Balms website.


PRIZE WINNERS' NOTIFICATION PROCESS:

On 4th July 2013, Tui Balms will contact the winner by phone or email  with details on how to collect their prize. If a prize winner does not accept their prize via reply within 48 hours after notification is sent, they may be disqualified and another entry selected for that prize.
